Try to follow the basic rules: more vegetables, fruits, nuts and less processed food. Drink as much water as possible and do not drink soda or juice from stores at all. The amount of sugar in them exceeds all reasonable norms.
3. Physical exercise. Constantly and less, better than rarely and a lot. Try to practice always at the same time and under no pretext not to postpone the training time. If it does not work out with physical education, then try to walk in the fresh air at every opportunity.
