Weeve creates a secure IoT-Blockchain platform for the future network of reasonable devices. The main mission is to enable innovative companies to safely extract new benefits from the ever-growing economy of robots.
The company offers innovative use opportunities Iot With the help of specially developed security technologies.
As part of a strategic partnership, the WEEVE project plans to use IOTEX infrastructure As keeping the confidentiality of the blockchain to transfer and storing IOT data.
The main goal of this partnership is to deploy iOVEX blockchain, and optimize the performance of tasks associated with transactions and storage of data on the Weeve network:
- In the near future: Development of autonomous integration IOTEX and Weeve.
- In the medium term: Weeve and Ireex will combine their development and create a minimally viable product, after that they will take careful testing of this product.
- In the long run: Attracting real providers / data buyers, IOT devices manufacturers to run a holistic product and confirm its concepts.
In addition, IOTEX and Weeve will also cooperate in the field of cryptography and certification of data that are the main components of both projects.
The WEEVE project was founded in early 2017 by the famous European Cryptograph, Professor Dr. Sebastian Gayek and Serial Entrepreneur and Angel Investor Harald Hagon.
WORDS ABOUT WEEVE STRAIGHT FROM THE CEO
Harald Pospab - General Director Weeve
My vision is democratization of data. This includes providing individuals to control over their own data by creating new secure protocols and networks. These protocols and networks allow you to trade and transport certified data streams to Weeve markets. At the same time, commercialized data becomes a digital asset
Being a serial technological entrepreneur, an IOT business angel and innovator with more than 25 years of experience in the field of information technology and telecommunications, I carefully followed the cycle of early Iot's early introduction over the years.
My first IoT RELAYR company aimed at solving current IOT problems. Outdated systems, data warehouses and lack of agreed industry standards - all these are too familiar problems for me. It's like a deja-vu, reminiscent of my experience in the 90s in ICT, when I worked in Cisco.
We have created a repeater as an intermediate software and IOT solutions that provide a company for digital transformation of industries and ensuring interaction using industrial level platforms. This allowed enterprises to create new solutions to obtain income from data processing collected from any device, through any connection, in any IT ecosystem.
WEEVE uses blockchain technology to connect IOT devices to data markets. We focused on the fundamental aspect of security and confidence.
The value and value of data, as a digital asset, have become relevant during the scandal with Cambridge Analytica, in which Facebook user data were hacked and stolen. WEEVE ensures that IoT data will be safe, and can be monetized by data owners.
Stressing the individual level of security, WEEVE ensures that innovations do not violate the security and confidentiality of data.
The problem with new IOT devices is that both consumers and corporate clients are fascinated by IoT innovations, which have already appeared on the market. These "smart" devices have sensors that are unhindered through the Internet with other devices or cloud, generating data that makes the world more secure, productive and healthy. The endless stream of new smart and related things appears on the market every day, and the big problem is becoming more and more obvious: protection is formed where things really need to be connected.
For example, smart home: Smart detectors CO2 and smoke (from Nest), smart locks from Lockitron, smart refrigerator from Bosch, smart lights from Philips, smart TVs from LG and so on. All these devices interact with any server on the Internet, forming the internet background for devices connected to the Internet.
However, IOT is a strongly fragmented space, since this device connected to the Internet forming the network, which is IoT, does not have enough secure connection: they can not even communicate with each other at all. All these devices generate large data that are not analyzed and practically useless.
Forbes argues that Data Scientists spend most of its time to delete data, and not on their analysis and use. It is impossible to imagine the time necessary for individuals and companies to obtain information from trillion GB of large data streams created by IoT.
Weeve took another step to understand the problems of processing large data. We create a single platform where users will be able to control the entire array of fragmented devices through a single interface.
Harald Pospab - General Director Weeve
It is not logical to create multiple platforms and applications to manage the smart medium. I don't even think that the user must participate in the management of these devices. In the future, these devices will be able to autonomously perceive, communicate and make decisions, but with Weeve they will do it safely. The idea of ensuring security by developing and related future forms the basis on which we built Weeveos and Weeve network.
